
Sales Support Representative
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our sales team, with the possibility of an IMMEDIATE start.

Our products reflect over a decade of our founders’ expertise in e-mobility and software development. As we continue to expand our sales operations, we are looking for a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our partners and customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Manager in achieving annual targets and driving the company’s growth. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, assisting in day-to-day sales operations, and contributing to the discovery of new business opportunities.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Budapest, with the option to work from home.
LOCATION:
Budapest (Hybrid – remote work possible)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and managing daily operations
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers and resellers
Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, and orders
Process customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
Identify and reach out to potential partners and sales opportunities
Assist in organizing customer meetings, preparing materials, and contributing to tenders
Handle CRM data entry, reporting, and data structure improvements
Participate in developing and automating sales processes
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
QUALIFICATIONS&SKILLS
Secondary education or higher
At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or cold calling is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Precise, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks
Analytical mindset – you enjoy working with data and uncovering insights
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MiniCRM) is a plus
Fluency in English and Hungarian required; other languages (Romanian, German, Slovak, Slovenian, Arabic) are a strong plus
