We follow and support the entire process of implementation, thus preventing the emergence of unnecessary costs. We assist in designing the appropriate cabling, binding the capacity, and then monitor the utilization of the system, based on which the quantity of bound capacity can be requested or cancelled.
Limitation
We offer several options to start the charging.
Starting the charging process can be done automatically (plug and charge), manually after connecting the cable, or via the application from anywhere in the world in case of an internet connection (both on your phone and on the charger).
A convenient feature for residential or office buildings is the possibility to start charging with an RFID identifier. In this case, we can program and name virtually unlimited number of RFID identifier cards or key fobs for the charger, which can be deactivated later on if needed.
With continuous monitoring and unique RFID cards, power sharing and mutual settlements will be a piece of cake.
Monitoring capability
Our chargers are remotely monitored and maintained by an automated AI-based system software.
Errors most commonly result from incorrect software configuration or user error, making most of them remotely fixable, saving money and time.
The system also takes care of automatic over-the-air software updates.
Accountability
The system sends regular reports about the chargers and RFID related to the customer, making on-site reading and installation of external meters unnecessary.
Power outage
There is no problem even during a power outage, because when the chargers are re-energized, the last charge automatically closes, so the charging data is not lost. After certain conditions are met, the charging restarts, eliminating the need for an uncharged vehicle to wait for us in the morning.
Comfort
For your electric vehicle to be charged quickly, conveniently and comfortably, it is essential to use the right equipment.
For example, you can choose from fixed 5 and 7 meter cables for our chargers, so you don't have to shuffle with parking anymore or drag the cables back and forth. If you need a cable of a different length, we can also solve that for you.
Informativeness
All important information can be displayed on the charger screen, even in multiple languages.
You can get information about the amount of energy loaded, speed, and elapsed time. The LED light forming the 'mouth' of the charger easily indicates the current state of the charger: free, charging, a charging completed, or possibly an error is present.
In addition, the speaker in the charger can provide additional feedback on the current state.
