We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our sales team, with the possibility of an IMMEDIATE start.

Budapest (hybrid – remote work available after probation)
Epic things you'll do here
⚡ Support the Sales Manager in hitting annual targets and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
⚡ Prepare and manage quotes, contracts, and orders – accurately and consistently.
⚡ Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers and resellers.
⚡ Handle inbound inquiries by phone and email, turning every touchpoint into a great experience.
⚡ Identify and proactively reach out to new partners and business opportunities.
⚡ Own CRM data entry, reporting, and data structure improvements.
⚡ Help develop and automate sales processes so the team can scale.
⚡ Support customer meetings, prepare materials, and contribute to tender processes.
What you bring
🎯 You're precise and organized – you know that great sales always runs on great systems.
📊 You're comfortable in a CRM; MiniCRM experience is a real plus.
🗣️ You communicate confidently by phone and in writing – because every interaction can be the start of a customer relationship.
📎 You have at least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or cold calling.
🧠 You're analytical and self-driven: you enjoy working with data and spotting patterns.
🌍 Fluent in both Hungarian and English. Romanian, German, Slovak, Slovenian, or Arabic is a strong bonus.

Pipeline, lead qualification, CRM, upsell, cross-sell, quotation management, tender, follow-up, reporting
