What is it essentially about? 

Simply put, dynamic power sharing is a technology that allows the charging of an electric car to automatically adjust to the current energy consumption of the household. This is particularly useful when multiple high-power devices are operating simultaneously, such as the oven, washing machine, and air conditioning. 

The system detects how much energy is available and regulates the charging process accordingly. This helps to avoid overloads that could lead to power outages in the household.
