The organizer of the sweepstakes named "Charge with Me and the Voltie" (hereinafter: Game) is the Voltie Limited Liability Company (registered office: 2800 Tatabánya, Tarjáni út 1.; company registration number: Cg. 11-09-030332; tax number: 27997695-2-11; represented by: Ádám Szücs and Tamás Binder, managing directors entitled to independent representation) (hereinafter: Organizer).

The Organizer performs certain tasks related to the execution of the Game.

2. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

2.1 Only natural persons who are Hungarian citizens (hereinafter: Player) may participate in the game, who have a residential or temporary address in Hungary, possess a valid identification card, address card, and tax number issued by Hungarian authorities, and are over the age of 18, not falling under the categories defined in sections 2.8. and 2.9., and who are present in Hungary when using the prize in case of winning, and who meet and fulfill the following participation conditions during the duration of the game, namely from October 1, 2024, 00:00 to December 31, 2024, 24:00:

a) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:

Player:

- fills out the form provided by the Organizer for the sweepstakes; Player provides their name, email address, phone number, and the city where they live;

- their place of residence or temporary address is located in Hungary;

- possesses an electric vehicle and uses it;

- the necessary infrastructure for the Voltie charger is set up at their primary residence;

- agrees to appear in the "Charge with Me" program published by villanyautosok.hu on YouTube;

- agrees to provide access to the property for the installation of the charger when receiving the prize, is present, permits that the charger is installed at the specified location, and facilitates it;

- furthermore, consents and allows the Organizer and its partner (Pixinfo Ltd.) to take images, moving images, and sound recordings at the installation site of the charger, which will include the Player (Winner) as well as the area surrounding the charger;

- consents to their name or possibly their social media profile name being published on the Organizer's and partner's social media pages, their YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@villanyautosok), and the villanyautosok.hu website in case of winning.

b) By participating in the game, the Player agrees that the Organizer and partner may use the image, moving image, and sound recordings described in point a) of this section without any further compensation, and grant usage rights for third-party partners, use it for marketing and promotional purposes in the future, and publish it on their website and social media platforms and in the previously mentioned "Charge with Me" YouTube program.

c) The Player accepts all conditions stated in this Game Regulation (hereinafter: Game Regulation) by participating in the Game and consents to the handling of their provided data as described in point 7 of this Game Regulation, and

d) The Player consents that the Organizer handles their personal data provided for the Sweepstakes in accordance with the extent specified in this Regulation, and the Organizer may disclose the Player's full name and possibly their social media username in the "Charge with Me" YouTube program and possibly on social media pages of third-party partners advertising the sweepstakes, providing its accessibility and sharing information about it.

2.2. The Application submitted under section 2.1 cannot be edited or modified in any way afterward. A Player can participate in the Game with one Application only.

2.3. Players will be identified based on the data provided on the form at the time of submitting the Application. The Organizer bears no responsibility for any technical issues arising from changes in data beyond its control (especially, but not limited to, deletion or unavailability of the phone number or email address).

2.4. Applications that do not comply with the formal and substantive requirements described in the Game Regulation will be automatically excluded from the Game, while valid Applications will be recorded by computer.

2.5. The Organizer automatically excludes Players who provide false data from the Game.

2.6. By submitting the Application (including sending the form described in section 2.1 a)), the Player acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transmission, and response speed of the Game's technical infrastructure depend on the server technology, and therefore adverse external factors, such as (but not limited to) connection errors, server performance issues, network congestion, and coverage can negatively affect these aspects. The Organizer disclaims any liability for any consequences arising from what is written in this paragraph.

2.7. The Organizer may review the Applications to fulfill the conditions of the Game Regulation, and if they or the submitting Player do not comply with the requirements of the Game Regulation for any reason, the affected Player may be excluded from the Game.

2.8. Employees and collaborators of the Organizer, as well as other third parties involved in organizing the Game, and all close relatives defined in section 8:1 § (1) of the Civil Code, are excluded from the Game.

2.9. Players may be excluded from the Game based on the Organizer's discretion if they participate in the Game under a person's name in teams or through profiles containing non-existent persons (registration) or through multiple registrations, aiming to increase their chances of winning through deceptive practices. Such Players are those associated with collective behavior to win rewards, those who combine their actions under a name, and thus deprive other Players wishing to play fairly of their opportunities to win. Those who participate in the Game with false data or profiles (registration) to unfairly increase their chances of winning also fall under this definition. Participants or Players demonstrating unfair behavior as described in this section must compensate for any damages caused to the Organizer in connection with the Game.

2.10. The Organizer is under no obligation to confirm the Player's participation. Thus, confirmation of participation from the Organizer is not a condition for participating in the Game; however, the Organizer has the right to refuse a Player's participation in any phase of the Game as noted above.

3. EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS

3.1. The Organizer reviews the Applications submitted under point 2.1 and decides on the following:

a) the Application has met the requirements outlined in the Game Regulation, including but not limited to the provisions in sections 2 and this point 3, or

b) the content of the Application does not meet the requirements specified in the Game Regulation (e.g., in the Organizer's opinion, the Application does not fulfill the conditions stated in point 2);

3.2. After submission, the Organizer screens and deletes those contents which:

a) violate any laws for any reason;

b) contain profanity;

c) are offensive;

d) have an obscene, aggressive, or threatening tone;

e) contain offensive or inappropriate material towards any individual, the Organizer, or related to them;

f) are offensive to the Player, the Organizer, or other third parties;

g) display the personal data of third parties or violate their interests;

h) infringe on the copyright or other rights of others;

i) in the Organizer's subjective opinion, do not fit into the concept of the Game.

3.3. If the submitted Application does not meet the requirements specified in point 2 or violates any of the conditions listed in point 3.2 according to the Organizer's discretion, the Application will be excluded from the Game. The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude the Player who uploaded such content entirely from the Game, and the Applications they submitted will not participate in the Game. The Player has no right to appeal the Organizer's decision or raise any claim for damages related to the deletion against the Organizer.

4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

4.1. The Organizer will randomly select a winner (hereinafter: Winner) from the valid Applications submitted during the Game period. One (1) prize package will be drawn in the game, which means one (1) winner will be chosen. The announcement of results will take place after July 31, 2024, on the next "Charge with Me" YouTube program. The Organizer will announce the name of the Winner in the program.

5. PRIZE, NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER, HANDOVER OF THE PRIZE

5.1. One (1) prize package will be handed over in the Game:

1. Prize Package:

1 unit of Voltie electric car charger, 1 unit of Voltie smart meter, and their installation and commissioning. (hereinafter: Prize)

5.2. The Prize is non-transferable, and will be handed over in the manner and time specified by the Organizer when notifying about the prize.

5.3. The Organizer will notify the winning Player within 24 hours after the publication of the program announcing the draw via email or phone, choosing from these options at their own discretion (hereinafter: Notification).

5.4. The winning Player is obliged to confirm the Notification within 72 hours at the platform provided to the Organizer, and to provide their personal data necessary for receiving the Prize (date of birth, full name, phone number, email address, possibly tax number, address, and any other data required by the Organizer for the transfer of the prize) accurately. If the winner does not confirm the Notification within the deadline mentioned above or does not provide the data necessary for receiving the Prize, their Application will be excluded, and the Organizer will select a substitute winner in a subsequent draw.

5.5. The Organizer will designate the method and time of handover, following prior consultation with the Winner. The Winner must collect the Prize within one (1) month after the notification specified in point 5.3. If the Winner fails to comply with this obligation as stated in this point, and thus the handover of the Prize fails, this circumstance will not be held against the Organizer. The Organizer cannot provide another opportunity for receiving the Prize. The Organizer reserves the right to transfer any unclaimed Prize to the substitute winner.

5.6. During the public announcement of the results, the names of the Players who submitted winning Applications will be made public, possibly including their email addresses or social media usernames – and if they appear in the program, their moving image and voice – which all Players expressly and unconditionally agree to by applying for the Game.

5.7. The Organizer will exclude from the Game any Application for which the Prize cannot be handed over to the submitting Player because the personal data indicated on the Application or in the Notification confirmation is not true, insufficient, or incorrect, or for any other reason the submitting Player does not meet the personal conditions written in this Game Regulation. The Organizer bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from false data provided by the Player.

6. INFORMATION ABOUT THE GAME

Participants can contact the Organizer at info@voltie.eu for further information regarding the Game and the Prize or for any potential complaints.

7. DATA PROTECTION, PERSONAL RIGHTS

7.1. Provision of data related to participation in this Game is voluntary. Players participating in the Game acknowledge and expressly consent that:

a) the Organizer, as the data controller and processor, handles the provided personal data for the purpose of communication and administration during the Game, conducting the sweepstakes, handing over the Prize, and making public the names of the winning Players;

b) the Organizer may use the names, profile pictures used on social media, and the Applications filled out and submitted to the Organizer as described in point 2.1 without any further conditions or compensation, limited to purposes related to the Game, and may disclose their names in case of winning.

c) By participating in the Game – thus by submitting the Application specified in point 2.1 – the Player expressly consents that the Organizer and its partner use the image, moving image, and sound recordings described in section 2.1 a) without any further compensation, without time and space limitations, grant rights of use to third-party partners, use it for marketing and promotional purposes in the future, and publish it on their websites and social media platforms, and in the "Charge with Me" YouTube program referenced above. In this point, the Player grants the Organizer an unconditional, explicit, and unlimited right to use for the purposes stated.

7.2. The Organizer will provide the Player with the opportunity at any time to request information about the processing of their personal data, request their deletion, blocking, or correction. Additionally, the Player has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. If the Player does not agree with the decision made by the Organizer based on their objection, the Player may turn to the court. The Player is also entitled to initiate an investigation by the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information regarding complaints related to data processing or violations of their rights:

7.3. The Organizer declares that immediately after conducting the Game, they will ensure the deletion of all Players' personal data from the data management and processing scope operated by the Organizer in connection with this Game, unless further handling of personal data is necessary to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., accounting, tax obligations). The Organizer is entitled to further process necessary data of the Player to fulfill legal obligations, for the purpose and duration specified in the relevant law, under the conditions and obligations defined therein. Furthermore, the Organizer and its partner (Pixinfo.hu), upon the Player's (Winner's) consent given after becoming acquainted with the current Game Regulation and submitting their Application, are entitled to retain the episode of the "Charge with Me" YouTube program related to the prize drawing containing the Player's (Winner's) name publicly available without time limitations – given that the Organizer and partner are not obliged to delete the episode announcing the results of the drawing after the end of the sweepstakes.

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any deficiencies/errors in the Applications (e.g., misspellings, incorrect or untrue information, etc.), for any non-delivery or delay in handing over the Prizes, or for any damages incurred during delivery.

8.2. The Organizer does not take quality responsibility for the Prizes. If the winner does not collect their Prize, they cannot claim it from the Organizer subsequently.

8.3. The Organizer excludes liability for any external SQL attacks on its online platforms and the servers operating them. Therefore, if Players receive incorrect system messages regarding their Prizes, winning/losing status, etc., due to attacks on its online platforms, applications, or servers, the Organizer will not be liable for these cases.

8.4. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Game any Player exhibiting any form of (computer) manipulation, creating mass-generated email addresses, profiles, or demonstrating behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the Game or disrespectful to it, with immediate effect.

8.5. The Organizer excludes liability for malfunctions of its online platforms for reasons beyond its control during which the website or the application may not be accessible or is limited in use, but will immediately take all necessary measures to investigate and rectify the cause of the malfunction.

8.6. The Player agrees, in accordance with the rules of the Instagram and Facebook promotions, to refrain from making any claims for damages or other liability against the companies operating instagram.com or facebook.com, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies regarding the Game. The Game is not sponsored by Instagram or Facebook in any way, nor is it connected to the economic companies operating the Instagram or Facebook platforms in any regard. Data is provided to the Organizer, not to Instagram or Facebook.

8.7. Hungarian law shall govern this Game and the Game Regulation.

8.8. The Organizer reserves the right to modify this Game Regulation containing the rules of the Game at any time without explanation, including the termination of the Game. The Organizer will publish information regarding this in the same public manner as its other announcements about the Game.

8.9. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME – thus by submitting their Application – THE PLAYERS EXPRESSLY ACCEPT ALL PROVISIONS OF THE GAME REGULATION IN EVERY RESPECT.
