Is it possible to only provide installation services, without reselling?

Yes.

Is there a mandatory quantity to be sold?

There is no minimum order quantity; we provide reseller margins even for single-unit orders. For larger volume orders placed at the same time, we offer increased margins.

Am I required to carry out the installation at the price specified in the price list?

The charger can be sold both with and without installation. Based on an on-site survey, we await offers that include the net price of labor and material costs attached.

Are the clients directed to us by VOLTIE, or do we have to contact them ourselves?

If you are contracted as an official Voltie installer, we will refer Voltie customers to you. In this case, the installation service fee can be invoiced to us.

How will we deliver the chargers to them after the order?

We provide free delivery with a courier service.

7.

Are the chargers required to be installed nationwide, or just in a specific region?

In an area defined by the electrician. No call-out fee can be charged during the quotation process; the assessment is free.

8.

In what form can Voltie chargers be sold?

We offer commission-based reseller partnerships for individual entrepreneurs, while for limited liability companies (Kft.), we sell the charger directly to the reseller.

9.

Can I get an installation guide or execution instructions?

Yes, we will send a detailed guide.

10.

How does the process work? Billing, costs, etc.

The settlement of the construction takes place based on the installation of the charger, performance certificate, contractor's statement, and photographs, with a payment deadline of 8 days.

Do I need to attend a training course before starting sales/installation?

No.

Do I need to commit to exclusivity for sales?

No.

Do I need to provide service in the region?

If the issue results from an installation error, its correction is the responsibility of the installer.

What margin can be used to sell the charger?

With the margin specified in the price list. For larger quantity projects, we offer a custom margin.

15.

After the sale of the chargers, can I handle the installation work directly with the customer, or is it necessary through VOLTIE?

If the interlocutor was not contacted through Voltie, it is possible. In all other cases, communication takes place through Voltie.

16.

What happens if the implementation fails through no fault of our own or if we need to go out multiple times to finish?

There is no possibility to modify the original offer afterwards. After the offer submission, if the implementation fails for any reason, billing is not possible.

17.

What requirements must be met to become an official Voltie installer?

The installer must be a registered electrician, authorized to perform electrical safety inspections — preferably a certified registered electrician.
